PickUp AI (formerly PingBack) is a product of TurnNet Labs LLC. By using PickUp AI or opting into SMS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SMS program. PickUp AI sends recurring transactional text messages (missed-call follow-ups, booking replies, account/support messages) from PickUp AI / TurnNet Labs LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

End users opt in on the public form at https://pingback-roan.vercel.app/sms-signup.html by entering a mobile number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box.

AI phone assistant. If a business turns on the AI phone assistant, calls it misses may be answered by an AI that identifies itself as an AI assistant. It answers using only the menu, hours and information the business enters, and it can make mistakes. Businesses are responsible for keeping that information accurate, for confirming orders and bookings, and for following the call laws that apply to them. The AI does not give allergen, medical, legal or financial guarantees. AI answering is billed per minute from the prepaid balance at the rate shown on our website.
