Delete your PickUp AI account

This page is for the PickUp AI app and website (Google Play / store listing: PickUp AI), operated by TurnNet Labs LLC.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

Log in to the PickUp AI app or website, open your dashboard, scroll to Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your PickUp line is released, wallet charges and auto-refill stop, and your shop data is deleted right away.

Email hello@pingback.app from the email on your PickUp AI account (or include your shop cell on file).
Subject: PickUp AI account deletion request.
Confirm you want the account closed and associated personal data deleted.
We verify ownership and typically complete within 30 days.

Data deleted

Account profile (email, shop cell, login tokens)
Dashboard access and call-forward / onboarding settings for that account
Push or device identifiers tied to the account (if any)

Data that may be kept

SMS / call logs needed for abuse prevention, disputes, and legal compliance — generally up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
Billing / Stripe records (customer IDs, invoices, wallet top-ups) — typically up to 7 years for accounting and tax law.
Twilio delivery metadata retained by our SMS provider per their policies and our processing needs.

Partial deletion without closing the account

Email hello@pingback.app and specify what to remove (for example a phone number on file or message history). Shop owners can also update numbers and pause service in the dashboard.
